The dazzling white smile seen in Hollywood movies has long been a dream for many. In recent years, more and more people have made that dream a reality. Thanks to professionally performed in-office whitening, perfectly white and well-cared-for teeth are now achievable—without risk or pain.
At our clinic, we use a cold-light teeth whitening technique, one of the most effective methods available today, which can lighten teeth by several shades.
The Whitening Procedure
During this painless in-office treatment, the dentist applies a bleaching solution to the teeth, which is then activated with a polymerization light. After rinsing off the solution, the discolored teeth appear whiter. In fact, it is the tooth enamel itself that is whitened, as discoloration is removed and the teeth regain their natural brightness.
The procedure takes approximately one hour, during which both dental arches can be treated.

One such indispensable tool is dental radiography (X-ray), which helps detect hidden conditions that even the most thorough clinical examination cannot reveal. Based on the radiographs, we obtain detailed information about the position and health of the teeth.
What Will Happen During Your Visit?
- Our dental hygienist will assess the condition of your teeth and start the treatment. For whitening packages, we begin with scaling and tartar removal.
- Whitening then starts with the use of a UV whitening lamp.
- The result: a radiant smile.
5 Things You Should Know About Teeth Whitening:
- Our package includes tartar removal, which immediately makes your teeth look whiter.
- Including tartar removal, the treatment lasts a total of about 1 hour.
- We offer peroxide-based, peroxide-free, and combined whitening options.
- After treatment, your teeth may be several shades lighter.
- For 5 days after treatment, avoid foods, drinks, and substances that cause staining (e.g., paprika, spices, coffee, tea, tobacco).
Internal Tooth Whitening
- Depending on the condition of your teeth, your dentist may also recommend internal (non-vital) whitening. Selective whitening of individual teeth is possible in cases of root canal treatment or isolated discoloration. However, this method is not suitable for treating discoloration caused by fillings, tartar, or carious lesions.
- In internal whitening, the dentist places a bleaching agent inside the crown portion of the tooth, into the pulp chamber, where it remains active for approximately 3–5 days. Once the desired shade is achieved, the material is removed and the tooth is sealed with a permanent filling.
