About Aesthetic Dentistry
Aesthetic dentistry is a relatively new branch of dentistry that has undergone significant innovation in recent years. This progress has been made possible by the development of modern dental materials and technologies. In our dental clinic, we use state-of-the-art materials and techniques to ensure your teeth are not only healthy but also beautiful.
In-Office Teeth Whitening
The dazzling white smiles often seen in Hollywood films have long been a dream for many people. In recent years, more and more of them have turned this dream into reality. Thanks to professionally performed dental whitening, perfectly white and well-groomed teeth are now achievable without risk or pain.
Our clinic uses the in-office cold-light whitening technique, one of the most effective methods available today, capable of lightening the teeth by several shades.
The Whitening Procedure
During the painless whitening treatment, the dentist applies a bleaching solution to the teeth and then activates it with a polymerization light. After rinsing off the solution, the discolored teeth appear significantly whiter. The process whitens the enamel itself, removing discoloration and restoring the tooth’s original whiteness.
The procedure takes approximately one hour, during which both jaws can be treated.
What Will Happen During Your Visit?
- Our dental hygienist will assess the condition of your teeth and begin the treatment. For whitening packages, we start with tartar removal.
- Using a UV whitening lamp, the bleaching process begins.
- A beautiful smile is the result.
5 Things You Should Know About Teeth Whitening:
- Our package includes tartar removal, which already makes your teeth appear whiter.
- Including tartar removal, the treatment lasts about 1 hour.
- We offer peroxide-based, peroxide-free, and combined whitening options.
- After treatment, your teeth can become several shades whiter.
- For 5 days after the treatment, avoid foods, drinks, and substances that cause staining (e.g., paprika, spices, coffee, tea, tobacco).
Internal Tooth Whitening
Depending on the condition of your teeth, your dentist may also recommend internal whitening. Selective whitening of individual teeth is possible in cases of root canal treatment or isolated discoloration, although this method is not suitable for treating staining caused by fillings, tartar, or decay.
In internal whitening, the dentist places a whitening agent inside the crown portion of the tooth, into the pulp chamber, where it remains active for about 3–5 days. Once the desired shade is achieved, the material is removed and the tooth is sealed with a filling. Consult a specialist to determine which whitening method is best for you!
Tooth Jewelry – Safe and Long-Lasting
Tooth jewelry consists of tiny, polished Swarovski crystals or gemstones available in various colors, sizes, and shapes. They are usually placed on the upper incisors or canines. Application takes only a few minutes and does not damage the tooth.
The procedure is completely painless, and the jewel can remain in place for up to a year.
The bonded jewelry must fit perfectly onto the tooth’s surface without protruding, to allow proper cleaning. After removal, no trace remains, and sometimes the jewel falls off naturally after extended wear.
For best results, we recommend a dental hygiene session or whitening beforehand, as jewelry looks more attractive on clean, white teeth.

Do You Grind Your Teeth at Night? The Solution: A Bite Guard!
Our bodies often process daily stress at night, which frequently manifests as teeth grinding. Another common symptom is a clicking sound in the jaw when opening the mouth. Many people ignore these issues, but untreated jaw problems can have serious consequences.
To protect the teeth from damage, patients may be provided with a thin, horseshoe-shaped bite guard made of plastic. It is typically worn at night, but in more severe cases, it may also need to be worn during the day.
The guard effectively protects teeth from pressure and friction. It also corrects the relative position of the upper and lower jaws, helping the jaw joint reach a relaxed state.
